Grouping Design Technique
 

A single project is carried out by dividing up between three to four people.
The project is divided between the tasks of SCH, Power, Critical Signal to complete each of them quickly.
Each of the completed tasks of SCH, Power, I/O and Critical signal are merged by the manager so that the desing can be finished.
